A company wanted to create a new Customer Portal platform to improve customer experience and engagement. The existing portals were outdated and lacked many features that customers expected, such as mobile experience, modern look, and feel consistent with company branding. The company wanted a current, easy-to-use portal allowing customers to access personalized content, which can be treated as a “one step shop”. On the other hand, the company wanted to empower content creators to provide them with easy to use and robust platform, including WYSIWYG capability.


The company faced several challenges when developing its new Customer Portal. First, it needed to integrate the portal with existing systems like SSO, CRM, and Email Campaign applications.
